Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Project Manager II at our Harford County Solid Waste facility in Street, MD. Responsibilities include providing a combination of project management and technical engineering and environmental support skills and services to solid waste engineering and operations.
Requirements for this position include: BS degree from an accredited college or university in a recognized area of engineering or environmental sciences, plus 6 years of applicable engineering and/or environmental site assessment and remediation experience or other related field. Three years of this experience must include managing engineering or other technical staff and multi-disciplinary engineering or operations projects. Must have a valid driver's license with less than 5 points.
Preferred qualifications for this position include: 6 - 10 years of supervisory/management experience in solid waste field operations including: landfill, composting, and homeowner drop off operations.
