Landing an interview does not guarantee the job. Most employers screen multiple candidates during the interview process to find the right employee. This presentation is a guide for job seekers with cutting-edge strategies that make you stand out in a behavioral interview. This module looks at how to prepare for a behavioral interview, example of the most commonly asked questions and how to best answer these questions.

At the conclusion of this session, participant will:

  • Understand what to expact in a behavioral interview.
  • Have a idea of the most commonly asked questions in a behavioral interview.
  • Learn how to answer behavioral interview questions using the STAR approach. (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
