The Director will play a key role in the County’s solid waste management and will have the opportunity to make a difference in the county’s growing and thriving community. The Division is committed to implementing the County Executive’s initiative for continuous improvement, while maintaining excellent customer service and an efficient, productive workplace that allows employees to take pride in meeting the goals of the Division. Reporting directly to the Public Works Director, Snohomish County’s Solid Waste Division Director is responsible for leadership of the Division, has broad responsibility for the operations of Solid Waste in the County as well as charting the course for the Division’s future.
