Heavy Equipment Supervisor
$2,500 Signing Bonus*    Plans, coordinates, and supervises the work of crews in the operation of heavy equipment engaged in refuse disposal, collection, and transportation of solid waste. Evaluates staff workloads and assigns personnel and equipment to designated tasks. Create and adjusts route schedule and assignments. Writes and conducts employee performance evaluations.
