Public Works Department: The purpose of this class within the organization is to plan, organize and schedule materials, equipment and personnel to perform all Greenwood County Landfill operation functions. Ensures all work is conducted according to county policy, codes and standards of quality. Works independently, under limited supervision, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.
