Operations Superintendent II, Liquid Waste Acceptance
The Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC), a large publicly-owned wastewater treatment facility located in Newark, New Jersey, is currently seeking an Operations Superintendent II to oversee its Liquid Waste Acceptance program. Created in 1902, PVSC is the 5th largest facility of its kind in the United States, directly serving approximately 1.5 million residents in 48 municipalities located in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic and Union Counties. The 140-acre plant is designed to treat an average of 330 million gallons of wastewater per day.
