Ramsey/Washington Recycling & Energy (R&E) seeks to fill the position of Executive Director. The ideal candidate is one who is driven by the idea of leading a cutting-edge organization pursuing next generation technology solutions, and to take a high performing organization to the next level.   Core duties of this position: Promote, build, and maintain a diverse, culturally responsive, inclusive, and respectful workplace. Lead and provide strategic guidance and direction to R&E, set goals, and ensure the overall success of the organization. Take direction from and collaborate with the R&E Board by providing information, advice, and support to facilitate effective decision-making and policy development.
