Job Summary The Loudoun County Department of General Services is seeking qualified applicants for this newly-created Division Manager position at the County Solid Waste Management Facility located in Leesburg, Virginia. The County's Waste Management Programs have grown substantially over the last several years, creating the need for a new Division of Business Operations, Planning, and Recycling.
